Reporting defects
- You will report all defects through a website or mobile interface ISKAM.
- ISKAM manual for the „Online reporting defects.
- You will also see an overview of all entered defects in ISKAM, including the worker’s comments during removal and troubleshooting information.
- Typical defects include: a broken refrigerator, a broken light bulb, a problem with the blinds, and room furnishings.
- It is no longer necessary to go through these matters at the reception.
An emergency accident is not a defect
This solution is not intended for emergency accidents. An emergency accident is a condition that must be eliminated immediately, e.g., a power outage, a non-functioning water supply, water leakage from a burst pipe, clogged waste, an electrical short circuit, an explosion, or leakage of hazardous substances.
Emergency accidents must be reported immediately to the dormitory staff, in person or by phone (+420 224 092 213).
